As the grey light of dawn filtered through the ancient windows of the Carpathian castle, young Jonathan Harker found himself shivering against the cold stone of his chamber. The arrival of the stranger, K, in their quiet hamlet stirred a whirlwind of questions and unease. K, a land surveyor by profession, claimed the Castle had summoned him to measure their territories.
