The apparition we saw was a harrowing reminder of the legends from Jules Verne's '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' a behemoth whale, seemingly constructed of iron. The Nautilus was ready for this unexpected encounter. 'Steady, men!' the Captain commanded. His voice echoed through the metallic interior of the submarine, instilling valor within our quivering souls. He was a man whose eccentricities were matched only by his bravery.
