One cold winter night, breezes carrying whispers of an indictment rarely known to the world, rattled the windows of the humble attorney Albert Kowalski’s home. Kowalski had just started reading an obscure book named 'The Trial'. It was a haunting tale of a man named Joseph K. who’s arbitrarily arrested for a crime he is not aware of, incessantly pursued by an elusive, faceless, and bureaucratic legal system.

High atop the hill sat the Castle, draped in a shroud of fog and a sense of insurmountable mystery. The town at the foot of the hill lived under its shadow, a shadow that shaped their lives more than they ever knew. The arrival of the stranger, K, in their quiet hamlet stirred a whirlwind of questions and unease. K, a land surveyor by profession, claimed the Castle had summoned him to measure their territories.

Gregor Samsa awoke one morning to find himself incredibly modified. His sleep-induced fantasies of a life beyond his whispers to an existence more familiar than that which he had been living became actualized – only, not in the form he anticipated.
