In the Land of Oz, a peculiar event occurred. As dawn broke, the usually vibrant sky was a pallid gray. The air was windless, filled with an uncanny silence. Residents of the Emerald City were astounded, for today was meant to be the Day of the Western Gale – an annual occurrence of tempestuous winds and vibrant rainbows.
